Allen Chng is Vice President of Strategic Development and Operations at Insignia Ventures Partners, a leading early-to-growth stage venture capital firm focused on Southeast Asia, managing capital from premier institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, and renowned family offices across Asia, Europe, and North America. With over eight years at Insignia, Allen leads strategic development, portfolio value creation, and fund operations. He works closely with portfolio founders across the full spectrum of company-building — from corporate development and fundraising to strategic growth initiatives. His sector coverage spans Fintech, B2B SaaS, and Digital Healthcare, where he has partnered with high-growth companies at various stages of their journey, helping them navigate growth milestones, scale operations, and access capital from a globally diverse investor base. Prior to Insignia, Allen was based in Shanghai with Chinaccelerator (part of SOSV), a leading cross-border accelerator program. Allen holds a BBA in Accountancy with a Minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore.
