Chan Yip is Executive Director at Vertex Ventures SEA & India. He focuses on Pre-A, Series A and Series B investments in semiconductor, AI, robotics and consumer companies. Prior to Vertex, Chan Yip was Asia Pacific Investment Director at Experian Ventures, where he led fintech and financial inclusion investments, worked on key M&A transactions, and served as board director/observer for portfolio companies. Before that, he was a Senior Investment Manager at EDBI, leading venture investments into consumer and enterprise tech across Southeast Asia and the US.
