Clara Kwan is the Chief Sustainability Officer at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, where she leads sustainability strategies with a business-savvy approach, guiding companies through ESG integration, sustainability assessments and strategic roadmaps. With expertise spanning investment management, legal compliance and business operations, she has held leadership roles, including COO, Head of Sustainability and Managing Director for a regional green power producer, as well as Global Head of Sustainability and Impact Investments for a creative change firm. A lecturer, trainer and assessor in sustainability leadership and governance, Clara also actively contributes to social impact projects, serving as a legal and investment advisor, grassroots sustainability adviser and mentor. She holds a Bachelor of Law (Honors) from NUS, an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and multiple professional certifications in ESG and sustainability standards.
