Grace is the Co-Founder & President of DocDoc, a health-insurance technology company she
built after a deeply personal medical crisis showed her how difficult it can be for patients
to
find the right care. With over 20 years of experience leading pharmaceutical, medical
device,
and digital health organisations across Asia-Pacific, she is known for building systems,
cultures, and teams that scale beyond any single leader.
A graduate of West Point and former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, Grace later held senior
roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and served as ASEAN Managing Director at Medtronic. She
holds dual master’s degrees from Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School.
Her perspectives have been shared on global stages including TEDx, Web Summit,
Economist Impact, and the Financial Times Asia Insurance Summit. Outside of work, she is
currently ranked #1 globally in her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu division, reflecting her belief that
enduring leadership is built on resilience, clarity, and continuous growth.
