Dr. Harry Yu is the Co-founder and CEO of Level3AI, a Singapore-based native AI company delivering guaranteed customer engagement outcomes for enterprises. Founded in 2024, Level3AI builds enterprise AI agents across voice, email and chat, working with leading APAC brands including GetGo, Carousell, Yuu Rewards and Carsome. Before Level3AI, Harry co-founded international shared e-scooter operator Neuron Mobility. A PhD-trained machine learning expert, he brings over a decade of experience building production AI systems across regulated industries.
