Datuk Wira Johan Rozali-Wathooth is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bintang Capital Partners, a B Corp-certified impact investment firm based in Malaysia. Datuk Johan also serves as Chairman of TMK Chemical Berhad, a Bursa-listed leading integrated Southeast Asian chemicals group, and of Wise Payments Malaysia, the Bank Negara Malaysia-regulated subsidiary of Wise PLC. Datuk Johan is actively involved in charitable and impact advocacy and serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Administrative Committee of the Tunku Abdul Rahman Foundation (Ministry of National Unity) and as an Independent Member of the Audit and Governance Committee of Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan (Prime Minister’s Office). He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Impact Integrated, a youth catalytic agency (Ministry of Youth & Sports) and Honorary Treasurer of the Malaysian Leprosy Relief Association. Datuk Johan holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics, which he attended as a Chevening Scholar.
