Under Dr Kenneth’s leadership, Dr Plus has grown its international patient base to serve individuals from more than 40 countries and expanded beyond Singapore into Malaysia. His approach to scaling focuses on building a defensible business through a distinct clinical philosophy, strong brand positioning, operational systems, product innovation and a broader ecosystem around collagen-centric healthy ageing.He has also extended the business beyond clinical services into collagen-focused products, creating new avenues for consumer engagement while reinforcing the brand’s expertise and positioning. His leadership and distinctive approach to aesthetic medicine have earned recognition across the region, including the ASEAN Aesthetic Leadership Excellence Award 2026 by LOSD at Oxford University, Best Personal Brand Award by MIS Singapore and GlobalHealth Asia-Pacific Award.
