Krystal Clavier-Choo is a psychological disruptor.
Trained in neuroscience and psychology at King’s College (MSc, full distinctions), she
applies the same rigour to challenge existing frameworks, producing precision interventions
that correct imbalances at the root of the destructive patterns people repeat.
A former tech entrepreneur who built global platforms advancing human connection in digital
environments, Krystal is no stranger to strenuous pressure and performance at any cost. More
importantly, she’s broken that cycle. As a mental illness survivor, and having lived through
disability caused by a brain cyst, she embodies psychological breakthroughs and now lights
the path for others. Executives and founders lean on her advisory during their most decisive
moments, both in leading and living.
Recognising the same dysfunctional patterns in leaders and teams, she set out to equip
others with the same psychological intelligence. Instead of prescribing interventions, she
built a structure for individuals to inquire within, design their own path out, and master
their personal landscapes – whatever season of life they may be in. This makes the skill
effective, repeatable, and inclusive across the spectrum of human experience.
