Sayne Nicholas Tham (EMBA, MSC, BSC Finance (HONS), IASSC-ICBB) is the Founder, Group CEO and Managing Director of Dieselmech Group, a Singapore headquartered marine engineering company providing technical services and engineering solutions to the global maritime industry. Since establishing the company in 2022, he has led Dieselmech's rapid international expansion with operations across Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, Türkiye and China, transforming the organisation into a trusted engineering partner recognised for its technical expertise, operational reliability and customer-focused approach. Before founding Dieselmech Group, Nicholas built an accomplished career spanning more than two decades within the maritime and marine engineering industry. He previously held senior leadership positions at MAN Diesel & Turbo Singapore, where he rose to become General Manager and Head of PrimeServ Singapore & Southeast Asia, overseeing regional sales, technical services and business operations across multiple countries. Prior to that, he was one of Wärtsilä Singapore's top-performing sales professionals, consistently achieving the highest sales rankings while developing key customer relationships and expanding strategic accounts. His professional journey began with the Republic of Singapore Navy, where he served as a Marine Engineer and Naval Engineering Specialist, laying the technical foundation that continues to shape his practical leadership style today.
