Winston Lee is a Singaporean entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of
MilikiRumah, a Jakarta-based social inclusion PropTech startup for good and the first
private enterprise dedicated to enabling homeownership for Indonesia’s underbanked. With
over two decades of experience across digital media, property technology, and real estate
innovation, Winston has built and scaled impactful platforms across Southeast Asia.
He began his career in internet advertising in 1999, later co-founding a venture-backed
click-and-mortar startup before joining Yellow Pages Singapore. From 2007 to 2015, he held
senior product leadership roles at SPH, where he transformed STProperty into one of
Singapore’s leading real estate portals. Winston subsequently spent nearly a decade at
PropertyGuru Group as Regional Head of New Projects and Director of Special Projects,
driving cross-border investment models and resilient product innovation.
Since co-founding MilikiRumah in 2024, Winston has focused on empowering underbanked
Indonesians through a scalable rent-to-own homeownership model supported by proprietary SaaS
and AI-driven risk assessment.
