Shi Ying is the Managing Partner at Adaptive Capital Partners, a Singapore-based, early-stage technology-focused venture capital firm. Adaptive invests in high conviction and disruptive technology startups with a predominant focus on (i) Healthtech / Medtech and (ii) B2B tech-enabled companies while working with founders in many of their defining challenges with the partners’ deep operator and investment background. Prior to Adaptive, Shi Ying was the former Head of GrabCar for Malaysia, responsible for building the business from near ground zero to be a market leader in Malaysia for private car ride-hailing services within two years.
